North Iowa Regional Housing Authority (NIRHA)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North Iowa Regional Housing Authority (NIRHA) has made available for public review its applicable proposed PHA Plan materials and Capital Fund submission/materials for the upcoming fiscal year.

The materials are available for review beginning:

NIRHA will conduct a public hearing to receive comments from residents and the public.

At the hearing, NIRHA will discuss the applicable PHA Plan matters and Capital Fund submission. NIRHA also intends to present and discuss its proposed annual operating budget and proposed Capital Fund budget/activities so residents can understand the agency's planned use of public housing resources.

Residents and members of the public are invited to review the materials and submit comments before or at the hearing.
