Create an Account
You will now need to create an account and be approved before you are allowed to make rental payments through our system. Please create an account by clicking the person at the top right of the page and clicking "Create Account.". Once you create an account, then please call Carmen at 641-423-0897 ext 4 to have your account approved. After your account is approved, then you simply just have to log in to access the payment portal.
Only current Public Housing or Section 8 participants or people verified to be associated with our program will be given access to the payment portal. This is to allow security for our agency and participants.
