INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR: 2018 FORD F150s

Your attention is directed to the following instructions, specifications, and bid form which have been made a part of this invitation.

All proposals must be submitted on the google form. Bids must be submitted in whole dollar amounts along with the bidder’s contact information to be considered valid. All bids must be submitted on the google form prior to 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 10, 2024. Any bids received after the deadline will be rejected. The opening of bids will take place at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at the North Iowa Regional Housing Authority office at 202 1st ST SE Suite 203, Mason City, IA 50401.

 The Agency reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Conditional bids will not be accepted.

Prior to submitting a bid, each Bidder shall examine and thoroughly familiarize themselves with the bid form and any existing conditions, including all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations that may affect this transaction. Bidders may inspect the vehicles at the North Iowa Regional Housing Authority office at 202 1st ST SE, Mason City, IA 50401 during business hours Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9 am to noon and 1 pm to 4 pm. The Instructions/Specifications are intended to present an essentially accurate indication of the vehicle up for bid, however, this shall not relieve the Bidder of the necessity for fully informing himself/herself of the overall condition.

Disclosure: Vehicles are being sold “AS IS” with no warranty. No license plates will be transferred with the vehicle, buyer is responsible for obtaining plates and registration.

Seller does hereby certify that it currently holds all rights and titles to such goods, and that goods are being transferred to Buyer without lien. 

Seller implies no warranty. Goods are being sold and transferred "as is" and Buyer must certify that said goods have been inspected and are acceptable at time of transaction.

If you are the high bidder, Buyer must complete the transaction within 5 business days. If the transaction is not completed within that time frame, North Iowa Regional Housing Authority reserves the right to award the next highest bidder.
